Pay Your Dues Online
An individualized invoice has been emailed to all GMAR members on September 13th to pay their 2025 membership dues through a personalized link. If you did not receive your invoice, please email Michelle Kohn.
Under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, local associations can no longer include local lobbying expenses in the deductible portion of a member’s annual dues. Local lobbying expenses must now be added to the non-deductible dues amount, along with state and national dues.
As a result, the GMAR calculated the nondeductible portion of your 2025 local Membership Dues as $1.00. This amount is in addition to the amounts stated on the WRA dues statement which specifies the non-deductibility of WRA and NAR dues.

Become a Member
There are 3 categories for membership in the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS®.
- If you are a licensed sales agent or broker or a certified or licensed appraiser and are joining an established firm, you will be joining as a REALTOR® member.
- If you are licensed broker or appraiser and are starting your own firm, or taking over a management position in an established firm, you will be joining as a Designated REALTOR® member.
- If you do not practice real estate but are in fields which work with the real estate industry (i.e. mortgage brokers, lenders, movers, furniture companies, etc.) you will be joining as an Affiliate member.
Change Your Information
If you are an existing GMAR Member and would like to change your current information, download the change form. Your change request will normally be processed within 24 business hours of WRA receiving the paperwork. Please email Michelle Kohn with any questions.
